Hey...glad to hear the studio is selected and your producer
comes with alot of experience and success! I wrote you last
week and told you that SWA had a special...on way $68 from Austin/Nashville.
Well, got my update today and you can still book it through
thursday (10-10) midnight. Didn't know what Chris and Ryan's
traveling situation was. Know JJ's taking the car. Anyways,

Hey, guys! Saw on Southwest Airlines that you can book flights
over the internet until 10/3 for $68 one way. That's a good
rate for Austin-Nashville. Figure out when you've got to be
in Nashville to record the new album. You might could take advantage
of this fare if you need to be coming and going. The fare is
only good through tomorrow midnight. Hope this helps you a little!
Knock 'em dead at Zak's this weekend. Looks like a fun place

If you couldn't tell I thoroughly enjoyed myself tonight
at Iron Cactus and I wasn't even drunk! Every time I see you
guys play together I fall more and more in love with what and
who you are. I tell everyone I know and meet how much I love
you guys but I don't think I tell you enough. I think it's important
for you all to know that you have a large group of people out
here that support you 110% and the LL family is growing rapidly.
Anyway, I just want to thank you for this amazing opportunity
you have given me, even though I kind of created it for myself!
Since there is no money to pay me now all I ask is that you
keep up what you're doing with each other and for all your fans
out there. It's all coming together, slowly but surely and soon

Okay, everyone! I know I'm the mom, but after reading Katie's
promo about our guys, I have something I've been wanting to
say for quite a while now. First of all, alot of you probably
don't know that I've been a professional music educator for
the past 30 years so when I "talk" about LL, it's not just because
I'm JJ's mom. I happen to "know" what I'm talking about professionally.
These guys are amazing. Ryan is one of the best drummer/percussionists
I've ever listened to. He's in big demand at percussion camps,
both at the high school and collegiate levels. He's played with
the Austin symphony. I could go on and on about him, and his
experience, and his awards. In other words, he's trained in
all facets of percussion mastery and mastery is the buzzword
because he blows away the competition. Now about Chris. Watch
Chris onstage. His bass is like a beautiful woman. He feels
every word, every note, every nuance plus Chris is such a warm,
loving individual. When JJ says Chris is his soul brother, it's
because he truly possesses one of the finest souls you'll ever
find in a human being. And he's just so wonderful to watch...they
are all. Now, about JJ. Yeah, I'm the mom, but the truth is
the truth. He pours his heart out in every song, every lyric.
He lays it on the line for all of you. When he sings, notice
how he always has his eyes closed? That's passion folks. He's
self taught on the guitar, never had a voice lesson in his life.
He was born with that God given voice and talent...all three
of them are a gift from God if you ask me and He brought them
together. So what I'm saying to all of you goes right along
with Katie. They bust their asses for their fans every show,
every time they get the chance. Most of the time, they break
even in expenses, or lose money playing for you. So they're
out there sharing their gifts with you because they ABSOLUTELY
LOVE WHAT THEY DO AND CAN'T IMAGINE DOING ANYTHING ELSE WITH
THEIR LIVES! Write to them, buy their CD's, bring your friends
to their shows, tell people about them, walk up to them after
the shows and tell them which song touched your heart and soul.
What they have is magical and each day and week brings them
a little closer to their dream. Thanks to all who have supported
them this far because you are what keeps them playing show after
show. I'm passionate about music, and I've shared that passion
witht thousands, yes, THOUSANDS, of childrens' lives over the
past 30 years. I know the truly gifted ones as young as kindergarten
when they arrive in my classroom. JJ, Ryan, and Chris were those
children at birth. They are destined to CHANGE THE WORLD WITH
THEIR MUSIC. This I know with all my heart! Spread the love...please,
everyone!

What in the world would I do with my spare time if there
was no Lower Level? Probably sleep, but hey who needs sleep
anyway! Everyone coming out to future shows needs to remember
to bring at least $15 extra because there will be brand new
“A Different View” acoustic CDs available for purchase. At this
point you may be saying, ‘I already have a copy’ but I have
something very exciting to tell you all my fellow Lower Levelers…there
will be a new track added to the CD, that’s right you get a
new Lower Level song to listen to! I’ll keep it a surprise as
to what it will be so you’ll have to buy it to find out but
let me tell you, you will not be disappointed! Now the acoustic
CD is only $5 so you may be asking yourself, ‘what is the other
$10 for?’ well to buy a copy of “Vertigo” of course. If you
already have a copy, buy another one! You can never have too
many; I have at least 5 or 6 myself. Or if you’re set in your
ways and don’t want another copy, TIP THE BAND! They’re out
there for you people, sharing their talent and passion at what
they do best, they deserve a little extra! They actually deserve
a lot extra and I know it’s only a matter of time before they
get it! To all those of you out there who don’t have a copy
of “Vertigo”, what in the hell are you thinking? Buy it ASAP!
First of all because we all need some LL in our lives while
we’re chillin’ and second because they are going fast and believe
me you don’t want to miss out. And think of it this way, if
you can go out and spend $50-$100 on alcohol in one night, what
is $15 on two of the best CDs around? I stand in aw each time
I see these guys perform and I’m so proud to be a friend and
especially a fan. I love you guys- rock on! P.S. Go check out
all the new pictures on the site, they kick ass!
